This is my Fourth Division Captain, Anki Chinatsu, drawn by . In this picture you can see her smoking a special herb she creates for relaxation. She has numerous other herbs and plants for smoking or drinking through tea, all of which can produce hallucinogenic effects, boosts to the body or mind, and even a sharper spiritual sense. Before a major operation, Chinatsu will always a smoke enough to relax her, which is signaled by her half-lidded eyes. This is done for the sole purpose of making her gaze less intimidating than it normally is.
