This is my ninth division captain drawn by . He is a super-bastard who conquered the underground gangs and criminal life of the Rukongai. He then joined the Gotei to create a public persona, framed the former captain, killed him, and is seen by the public as someone who brought order to the Rukongai. In reality, he is THE Kingpin, and is very aggressive. He and my tenth division captain hate each other, as they both fight for control of Soul Society's criminal underground.

He also wears his haori and upper robe over his shoulders and takes it off completely to fight. Gotta flash the bling before he hears you scream
