Manetsuhime Tenninji

The famous captain of the Second Division and Divine General of the East, Maanetsuhime hails from an ancient bloodline that has historically wielded a massive amount of power and influence in the afterlife. Like all captains, she has become a fundamental aspect of the Seireitei's history--she created a scale that could track the amount of Shinigami-potential souls in the Human Realm, as well as predicting who would develop powers during their natural life. Because of this she was bestowed the title the Bearer of Funeral Rites by the Royal Division and promoted to her current position in the Shinigami military. Both her cloud, which carries only her, and her kimono, which makes her body appear distorted and everchanging, are magical relics gifted to her by the head of her noble family. With such powerful items in tow, few women can claim to hold the same prestige as Manetsuhime.
